With over 10 years of experience teaching, Lois and Judy are passionate about empowering others to make informed choices for their health and happiness. Lois and Judy advocate for self-care as a cornerstone of effective caregiving and incorporate essential oils into their daily lives

A Certified Financial Education Instructor and Air Force veteran, she has over 10 years of experience in financial empowerment, assisting individuals, including elders and caregivers, in making informed financial decisions for their care needs.
